General Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern all relations between the company:

Article 2: Acceptance of the conditions

Any order placed on the site implies the customer's full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, to the exclusion of any other document.

Article 3: Products

The products offered for sale are presented on the site with a description allowing the customer to know their essential characteristics. The photographs of the products are not contractual.

Article 4: Price

Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. Best Care sp. z oo reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

Article 5: Orders

The customer places an order on the site by following the process provided for this purpose. Validation of the order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products. The order is considered final after confirmation by Best Care sp. z oo.

Article 6: Payment

Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal or any other method indicated on the site. Payment is secured using the [Indicate the security protocol used] protocol.

Article 7: Delivery

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication. Best Care sp. z oo cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Article 8: Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 30 days to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. This period runs from the receipt of the products.

Article 9: Guarantees

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

Article 10: Liability

Best Care sp. z oo shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the purchase of the products.

Article 11: Personal data

The information collected is necessary for processing orders and managing business relationships. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.

Article 12: Intellectual property

All elements of the site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Best Care sp. z oo. Any reproduction, exploitation or use is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.

Article 13: Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the registered office of Best Care sp. z oo.

Article 14: Applicable law

These T&Cs are subject to European law.
